Prehistoric Farm Recorded Egg Timer Planner
AdvancedLast updated 2026-10-13
The October 5 recording contains a 300-second egg scene associated with the normalized, unconfirmed name Hallucigenia and a 150-second scene associated with the normalized, unconfirmed name Tiktaalik. These presets remain usable as dated examples. Enter your actual duration and elapsed time to calculate the remainder.
Separate the recorded timer from name confidence
The original auto-caption uses spellings such as hallucenia or hallucinia for the first creature, and tick talic, ticktallic or Tectalic for the second. Hallucigenia and Tiktaalik are normalized interpretations, not independently read typed game labels. That spelling qualification does not erase the reported 300 and 150 seconds in the source scenes. The presets identify both the useful timer example and its name confidence.
A scene duration is not a universal Cambrian or Devonian timer, nor a guarantee of the same current species timer in your server. Choose the recorded preset if it is the example you want to plan around, or choose custom and enter the timer shown for your own egg. Selecting either dated preset fills its seconds; you can still edit that number if your actual display differs.
Calculate remaining time and an explicit schedule
Remaining seconds equal the larger of zero or duration minus elapsed seconds. A 300-second example with 120 already elapsed has 180 seconds, or three minutes, remaining. A 150-second example with sixty elapsed has ninety seconds, or one and a half minutes, left. Elapsed time beyond duration produces zero remaining instead of a negative countdown.
A clock-ready time is optional. Enter a full start date and time plus its explicit numeric time-zone offset, such as +08:00 or Z. The tool adds the duration to that supplied start. A 14:00 start with 300 seconds ends at 14:05 in the entered offset. Without a start, it shows only the remainder; without the offset, it asks for it rather than inventing midnight, a local zone or an actual server time.
“Ready” means the schedule you entered has elapsed. Check and interact with the actual incubator to complete the game action. Ricoko’s ten-minute AFK narration is a recording interval, not an additional species-duration preset. Incubation also does not describe adult growth, riding readiness or a guaranteed flying-egg wait. Follow the egg’s acquisition and hatching steps, then use the separate feeding and growth guidance for the animal that results.
